What I did is created a new keystore and wrote to the Android support, so I could reset it in the Play store.

Since I see a "pad block corrupted" message, I guess you won't be able to restore previous workspace's settings. More than reinstalling whole studio, I'd try using a new workspace and importing your signature contract
