kandi X-RAY | nifti_label_files_tools Summary
This tool is the script read_translate_labels.py. Using this tool, you can:. 1.(Read mode) Check the information of label files in the specific folder, including the labels containing in the label files, voxels/pixels count per label and corresponding percentage to the whole label image. Meanwhile it can find if there exists label files that do not contain all of the labels in the folder and find the missing labels. F.e., in BraTS2020 training dataset, we have 369 training cases with corresponding segmentation (label) files, while label 0, 1, 2, 4 represents different type of tissues/lesions. The dice loss that usually used for this dataset (as well as other medical dataset) will be unstable if there are few voxels for some labels in some cases, and there also exist a phenomenon that some labels even do not appear in some special cases . To get more information about this kind of dataset, you can try this tool in "read" mode. 2.(Translate mode) Translate (replace) some specific labels in the label files by your customed ones. F.e., we have the label files containing labels 0, 1, 2, 4 in BraTS2020 dataset, but we need the labels to be continious sometimes, you can use this tool to translate label 4 -> label 3 to get your work easy. Or when we use the merged dice loss in model testing, which may compute the joint dice for (label 1 + label 2) , or (label 1 + label 3), this tool can also be helpful.

QUESTION
I'm trying to make a data labeling in a table, and I need to do it in such a way that, in each row, the index is repeated, however, that in each column there is another Enum class.
What I've done so far is make this representation with the same enumerator class.
A solution using the column separately as a list would also be possible. But what would be the best way to resolve this?

you can use a dict
mapping. You can avoid loops if you flatten your dataframe:
QUESTION
I have a dataframe that contains a column that includes strings separeted with semi-colons and it is followed by a space. But unfortunately in some of the strings there is a semi-colon that is not followed by a space.
In this case, This is what i'd like to do: If there is a space after the semi-colon we do not need a change. However if there are letters before and after the semi-colon, we should change semi-colon with space
i have this:

QUESTION
Objective: Generate a down-sampled FileDataset using random sampling from a larger FileDataset to be used in a Data Labeling project.
Details: I have a large FileDataset containing millions of images. Each filename contains details about the 'section' it was taken from. A section may contain thousands of images. I want to randomly select a specific number of sections and all the images associated with those sections. Then register the sample as a new dataset.
Please note that the code below is not a direct copy and paste as there are elements such as filepaths and variables that have been renamed for confidentiality reasons.

Install nifti_label_files_tools
You can use nifti_label_files_tools like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
