I get this error when I type docker-compose build on Ubuntu-20.04 WSL

I have deployed my flask project on heroku but for some reason I am getting this error

When i try to push my flask app to Heroku the following error shows up in my terminal and the build fails.

I am trying to make a simple web app using Flask. And I tried to run it with sqlite. And it works perfectly. The only problem is when I tried to host the app on a Shared hosting server,with MySQL as the database, I've faced some password matching issues.
