Spring Tool 4.10 having issue after install JBoss Tools - "Download Quick Start list" and "Update Project wizard list"
            Asked 2021-May-19 at 12:56

I have Spring Tool 4.10 and running on AdoptOpenJDK16 with OpenJ JVM:

When I install JBoss Tools For Eclipse I started getting the following error.

            1. Download quickstarts list Error:

It looks like an issue. you should open a request on our JIRA ( https://issues.redhat.com/projects/JBIDE ) .

It seems that's only related to the central webpage. does it actually crash the tool? all the wizard are available using File>New... menu and downloading the latest quickstart is not mandatory has there is no new content to display as I can see from your screenshot

edit: I reproduce using a java16 VM. it only impacts the central webpage. Can you use another JVM for running JBoss ? I tried with Java11 and Java15 without issues

Eclipse-Oxygen fails to run Arquillian Unit tests
            Asked 2018-Sep-10 at 17:38

I am trying to move a JBoss-Wildfly project from Wildfly 8.2 to Wildfly-12. The code compiles and runs fine. It uses Arquillian Unit tests, they all run find via the maven command line. To move to Wildfly 12 I had to upgrade to Eclipse Oxygen. I set up a new environment with a new VM and fresh install of Oxygen.3a with JBOSS-Tools 4.5.3 If I run any of the Arquillian unit tests from Eclipse, it deploys to Wildfly, but the tests all fail:

I worked around this by upgrading to Eclipse Photon, and JBOSS Tools 4.6.0. Tests run fine with this combination

You can download it from GitHub.
On a UNIX-like operating system, using your system’s package manager is easiest. However, the packaged Ruby version may not be the newest one. There is also an installer for Windows. Managers help you to switch between multiple Ruby versions on your system. Installers can be used to install a specific or multiple Ruby versions. Please refer ruby-lang.org for more information.
