You can provide the memory pointer/size of your already allocated memory and zeromq will take ownership (skipping the extra allocation). Once its been processed and is no longer needed it will call the associated free function where your own code can clean up.

What are those exactly? I do not think you actually are improving performance, by just running delete
in loops but within the same transaction, or even different TXs but within the same timespan. You seem to be solving some wrong problem. The issue is not how you create "garbage", but how and when Firebird "collects" it.
For example, Select Count(*)
in Interbase/Firebird engines means natural scan over all the table and the garbage collection is often trigggered by it, which can itself get long if lot of garbage was created (and massive delete surely does, no matter if done by one million-rows statement or million of one-row statements).

If you really want to slow down deletion - you have to spread that activity round the clock, and make your client application call a deleting SP for example once every 15 minutes. You would have to add some column to the table, flagging it is marked for deletion and then do the job like that

I am setting up an Nginx Reverse Proxy, for redirecting all traffic from a domain into a kubernetes cluster via Port 30000. Kubernetes is gathering any workload and sends it to correlated services based on subdomains (using Istio / Virtual Services).
While this works well, I noticed some strange effects as part of Open ID Connect (Keycloak) redirects. Instead of utilizing Browser URLs, redirect URLs are Kubernetes internal DNS names and ports.
I would like to request your help, checking/correcting my Nginx configuration. My current example-issue is at Jenkins connecting to Keycloak, but redirect URL is incorrect:

should be jenkins.example.de
but has been set to jenkins-svc.jenkins.svc.cluster.local
(incorrect). Kubernetes internal service name is utilized for any reason.

I needed JavaScript for automatic scroll down in a smooth/slow manner. I have a form with many radio buttons which is quite similar to survey form.
I used script from the below mentioned link. This link works fine smoothly for scrolling downwards.
But problem comes when you reach the bottom of page and cannot scroll upwards.
I am not so good in JavaScript. Does anyone here has solution or fix to this?

In my HTA app there are some actions which are executing some heavily time-consuming tasks on a server. For example an action uses an old ActiveX component to read some fileproperties (like Subject and Comments) of files in a particular folder (0 - ~200 files in a folder).
Originally this was done by setting an interval, and reading the fileproperties file by file. The slowing down of the app was acceptable when connected to the server using fast local connections. But now, as remote working has significantly increased, and the remote connections are magnitudes slower than the intranet connections, the interval is not suitable for the task anymore.
To make the app faster during the filepropety search, I outsourced the code to a wsh job. The results are stored in a file, which of existence an interval (5 secs) is observing. However, some users are still experiencing remarkable slow-down of the app, even when polling the file existence with the said interval of 5 secs.
Now I wanted to know, if there is an event or some other internal mechanism, which I could use to detect when the wsh script has done its job? And if possible, even perhaps there's a way to send the results directly from the wsh job to HTA, without using the intermediate temporal file at all?
