The n2 - n1 in the case of a negative number as a result when converted to bool will yield true. So n1 turns out to be less than n2. That's why it is a bad practice to use ints in such Boolean context.

Yes, as stated in the documentation:

I built an app using Django 3.2.3., but when I try to settup my javascript code for the HTML, it doesn't work. I have read this post Django Static Files Development and follow the instructions, but it doesn't resolve my issue.

Also I couldn't find TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS, according to this post no TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS in django, from 1.7 Django and later, TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS is the same as TEMPLATE to config django.core.context_processors.static but when I paste that code, turns in error saying django.core.context_processors.static doesn't exist.

I don't have idea why my javascript' script isn't working.

Run ‘python manage.py collectstatic’ and try again.

The way you handle static wrong, remove the static dirs in your INSTALLED_APPS out of STATIC_DIRS and set a STATIC_ROOT then collectstatic again.

Warning: I'm not good at JavaScript, I based the JavaScript part off of this post.

So I have a little Script that should set theDuration to an HTML element in the front window of active tab. I looked at the HTML and the Element in full is 00:10:00. I want theDuration to be 00:10:00. I am generating lexical analyzer with JLEX. I found a regular expression for string literal from this link and used it in .jflex file same of other expressions. but it gives me this error : unterminated string at the end of the line

The regular expression you copied is for (f)lex, which uses a slightly different syntax for regular expressions. In particular, (f)lex treats " as an ordinary character inside bracketed classes, so [^"\\] is a character class matching anything other than (^) a quotation mark (") or a backslash (\\).

However, in JFlex, the " is a quoting character, whether outside or inside brackets. So the " in the character class is unterminated. Hence the error message.

So you need to backslash-escape it:
