Install phuby

I've only tested this gem on OS X. It should work on other operating systems, but you'll need to install php with the --enable-embed flag yourself. No, seriously, make sure that mysql is installed. It's hardcoded in the extconf.rb, and I don't feel like fixing it. If you would like to submit a patch that would be great, but I don't want to deal. Just install mysql.
