Install permafrast

You can easily run your own instance of Permafrast.
Clone the repo.
cp .env.example .env.
Add your Fastcase API key to .env. If you don't have one, tweet to Josh Auriemma.
Run bundle.
Run the server locally with bundle exec rackup -p 4567.
Run tests with bundle exec rspec
