            I want to convert it now as a list, so that in the first column "AAAA" there are all corresponding values and so also for all combinations. Does anyone have an idea how to program this well?

            This is how I read the data into R:

            daten <- read.table("/PATTERN.txt", header = FALSE, sep = "\t");

            So far I've tried direct reading, but somehow it doesn't really work. It should look like this:

            AAAA CCCC

            1 22128 22127

            Thank you very much!

            This answer may help you in this particular case, but you should insist that whoever produced that result to export in such a way that can be easily imported with every programming language. Here you have a string representation of a python object which is definitely not a good way for exchanging data.

            However, you can try this:

            De Bruijn Graph Code Python 3
            Asked 2017-Sep-29 at 02:20

            This is for a class assignment. I'm new to coding and was advised to use Python since it is easier to deal with. The point of the assignment is to take a list of kmers and assemble the superstring, in this case DNA nucleotides and assemble the DNA sequence. We need to use the Euler path (algorithm), which I still haven't figured out to do. Right now I'm working on, one trying to load my kmer list to Python (haven't figured that out yet) and building the de Bruijn graph. NOTE: I'm not loading the list of kmers since I haven't figured out how to do that yet. This is just a random string of DNA that I'm typing in.

            Here is my code:

            There is no such event that gets triggered on attribute change.

            You should create a custom event for changing attribute and trigger it where you're changing it in code. Then you can listen to it and execute code you want.

            You have two issues here. Firstly you need to return the function from the onsubmit event attriubute. Secondly, you're not passing the event in to the function - however this will only work where a global event is available, ie. not Firefox.

            To fix the issue, and improve your logic, you can instead use addEventListener() to unobtrusively add the event handler to the element, and remove the outdated on* event attribute. Try this:
