MessageKit: the added input bar button only appears after I sent a message
            Asked 2021-Jan-25 at 12:15

I'm building an app using MessageKit.

I added an InputBarItem to the input bar, but it doesn't appear when the view first appears. Only after I pressed "send", the item shows up.

Below is part of the ChatViewController. Any idea why this happens?

            Thank you!

Just center your stack view horizontally in its superview.

Examples below are using UIKitPlus library (it is pure UIKit but declarative and support LivePreview, iOS9+)

            UIImagePickerController not initiating next function
            Asked 2020-Feb-09 at 02:17

I'm using Swift 5 and have integrated MessageKit into my app. Here's the expected functionality:

            1. User selects the image via picker
            2. uploadImage function is initiated
            3. Image is uploaded and displayed

            What's actually happening:

            1. User selects the image via picker
            2. Nothing happens from there.

I'm not getting a single error message. I've put in print statements to see if it's even entering the uploadImage() function but it's not kicking off. I've change the uipickerimagecontroller code to exact code in other places of my app that is working and even that's not kicking off the function. I know my code isn't pretty but I'm still learning (please don't judge lol). Can anyone help:

Make sure your view controller declares conformance to both UIImagePickerControllerDelegate and UINavigationControllerDelegate in either the class declaration:

FirebaseCore.h file not generating in project using CocoaPods
            Asked 2020-Jan-15 at 04:04

I recently installed CocoaPods and Firebase into my project. I've been attempting to build but am getting the following errors:

            1. 'FirebaseCore/FirebaseCore.h' file not found

            2. Could not build Objective-C module 'Firebase'

            3. Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code

I checked my folders and the FirebaseCore.h file definitely does NOT exist. I've reinstalled CocoaPods, modified the Podfile and did a 'pod update' and 'pod install' several times.

I've reviewed several of the questions and solutions listed on stack overflow but none of them have worked.

            Here are my specs:

            1. Xcode 11.3.1

            2. Swift 5

            My Podfile looks like this:

Even I had same issue when upgrading to Xcode 11.2.1. Errors were resolved after using Firebase 6.13.0. Please make changes to your Podfile as below,
