Paster ver2.0 has been released!!. This instruction exists because I have not enrolled in the apple developer program yet.
Download Paster.zip from the Release page.
In the Finder on your Mac, find the app you want to open.
Control-click the app icon.
Choose Open from the shortcut menu.
Click Open.
