Wordpress styles and admin not working after transferring site from local to AWS

I just transferred my wordpress blog from localhost to aws(amazon webservices)

the method i followed

1.database copy phpmyadmin from localhost

2.create database on new server and import sql from old server in the databse of new server

3.set wp config file on new server username,password,databse name

4.set wp-options table on new databse

update siteurl,update home to the website url

5.copy all wp files and make zip file ->move zip file to site location via filezilla ftp and unzipped it in the location

after this the wordpress site loads and all pages and posts work but styles are missing..

here is my functions.php

JQuery Mobile adding WordPress page content for each page

I am using jquery mobile just for the swipe ability for the carousels on the page.

But for some reason when you visit different pages on the site, it keeps (caches?) the previous page data and adds the new data to the bottom of the new page.

Is there some way disable this in jquery mobile? or is there an alternate way to enable swipe to change the carousel slides?

Found an alternate solution: https://github.com/maaaaark/bcSwipe/blob/master/jquery.bcSwipe.min.js

This person wrote this specifically for Bootstrap 4 Carousel Mobile Swipe.

No need tp use jquery-mobile.js.

Note: if you are using wordpress like I am keep in mind you will need to use jQuery.noConflict();
