Install manul-stack

Set the environment variable for the sqlite database file. We recommend to use direnv to automatically load environment variables. Be aware that the path is relative to the prisma directory. Create db and run initial migrations. Seed an admin user and password. Run the development server locally. Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result. You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
