dep | Use https | Runtime Evironment library

I managed to do it with source distributions and overriding sdist and egg_info commands to make setuptools bundle local dependencies together with package and to make pip search dependencies in that bundle when installing the built package later. But later I figured out it makes system vulnerable to dependency confusion attacks because local packages installed from that bundle are visible with pip freeze, if for some reason the dependency location, like local-package @ file:///home/user/packages/local-package.tar.gz is stripped to just local-package pip will search it on pypi, which allows dependency confusion to happen.

The best solution for this problem is to vendor all local dependencies where their source code is copied to the package, pip itself vendors its dependencies using vendoring.

You can do it by adding DISABLE_ESLINT_PLUGIN=true to the "build" in the "scripts" part in your package.json:

Groupby ID then convert each dep and arr columns to list, finally add them to get a single list, but while adding check if the item already exists in dep column for given index, you can use list comprehension for that, and finally join the strings, rename the column, at last merge the it back to original dataframe.

The cryptic error message is of little help, but the stack trace shows that the error occurs in the line:

Define dependencies(The random generator here) as local variables are not recommended, it's much harder to do dependencies injection(Or it won't be possible), so I change the functions Rng_t into template function and pass the Rng as a parameter.

In practice to construct a random generation may be heavy work, it needs to initialize its internal status, to construct it every time we call the function flipCoin is waste.

The non-virtual function can be mocked, one most commonly used strategy is to use the template, here we make the class CoinFlipper's member function as a template function, then we can test the dependency with our MockRng.

Be aware that for the template function, we need to define the member function in the header file.

I had this problem today and did npm install eslint-config-react-app like on github is recommended. After that console adviced me to install @babel/core and typescript, so i installed them by npm install @babel/core and npm install typescript
