kandi X-RAY | CaPTk Summary
CaPTk is a software platform, written in C++, for analysis of radiographic images of cancer, currently focusing on brain, breast, and lung cancer. CaPTk integrates advanced, validated tools performing various aspects of medical image analysis that have been developed in the context of active clinical research studies and collaborations toward addressing real clinical needs. With emphasis given on being a very lightweight and efficient image viewer and eliminating the prerequisite for a substantial computational background, CaPTk aims to facilitate the swift translation of advanced computational algorithms into routine clinical quantification, analysis, decision making, and reporting workflow. Its long-term goal is to provide widely used technology that makes use of advanced imaging analytics in cancer prediction, diagnosis and prognosis, as well as in better understanding the biological mechanisms of cancer development.

QUESTION
I am having an issue with compiling a project on a Docker image on DevOps. It is able to detect the Docker image on Docker hub (https://hub.docker.com/r/cbica/captk_centos7) but always exits with an error (see the error log below). Any help on this would be appreciated. I use the Docker recipe show n in https://github.com/sarthakpati/CaPTk/blob/master/azure-pipelines.yml#L568
My goal is to compile a project under CentOS7 (to work around GLIBC-related issues). If there is an easier way to do this than what I am currently trying, I'd be open to suggestions.
...ANSWER
Answered 2019-Aug-26 at 13:23I needed to follow the instructions here in the Azure Documentation to ensure the Docker was picked up properly. Basically, no ENTRYPOINT tag and ensuring that nodejs was installed.
