Mediainfo does not handle AWS S3 url with special characters in S3 keys

I am using latest mediainfo. mediainfo --version shows MediaInfoLib - v17.12
When using special character in filename, it shows valid output.

Answered 2018-Mar-28 at 03:11I have found workaround for my problem, which is to use pre-signed url.
