QUESTION
I would like to validate email address from user giving information to my chatbot. Is there a simple way to deny unexpected symbols with regular expressions and CSML?
Here's my current code:

I have created a chatbot in CSML and I'm trying to find a way to integrate an array into a carousel. My problem is that I can't loop inside the Carousel component.
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Aug-03 at 10:54You need to iterate through the Array in order to have a component-compatible list of Card() components, here is the doc for reference: https://docs.csml.dev/studio/channels/slack/message-formats#carousel-card
So the code below would work:
QUESTION
(* I would like to re-ask a question (Is it possible to invoke OCaml from .NET?), because the solution proposed (CSML) does not look enough for me. *)
Previously, I have written a computational library written in OCaml.
Now, I want to write an Office solution by VSTO in C#, that makes use of this library written in OCaml.
There are several tools around that may achieve this:
Does anyone know which one (or some others) suits best my need?
...ANSWER
Answered 2019-Jan-24 at 10:29I have never used VSTO myself, but from the documentation page architecture of VSTO add-ins it looks like the add-ins are normal .NET managed assemblies packaged with some additional metadata. This suggests that you could have a main assembly in a .NET language such as C#, developed using the Visual Studio tools, that interacts with an OCaml codebase using CSML as a bridge.
You could try doing this by creating a simple "hello world" VSTO add-in, that internally invokes a simple "hello world" example of CSML usage to call a very simple OCaml library. If this doesn't work, I would suggest asking the CSML people directly for advice; if it does work, you could send them the example for them to describe/integrate in their documentation.
