My classes are Hooks for setup and test. I try to click on cookie pop-up, using WebdriverWait, but don't work. I have no idea why.

I am a beginner with selenium and automation testing and I am writing a selenium script using java, TestNG, and maven. When I write everything in one class, all works fine, but I want to have a package for all objects, a package for tests, and Hooks with the main setting.

This declares a field, named driver. Not sure why you made it public.

WebDriver driver = new ChromeDriver();

This declares a local variable, also named driver, which is completely unrelated to the field you declared. As all local variables go, it ceases to exist when the method you declared it in ends. Because it has the same name, referencing variable driver in this method refers to the local variable and not the field.

So I have a problem that I have been noticing with selenium when I run it headless where some pages don't totally load/render some elements. I don't exactly know what's happening not to load 100%; maybe JS not running?

I don't really know where the error is, for me, it's still a mystery. But I'm using Laravel 8 to produce a project, it was working perfectly and randomly started to return this error and all projects started to return this error too. I believe it's something with Redis, as I'm using it to store the system cache. When I go to access my endpoint in postman it returns the following error:

Your problem is that you have set SESSION_CONNECTION=session, but your SESSION_DRIVER=default, so you have to use SESSION_DRIVER=database in your .env. See the config/session.php:

The first time I used XAMPP, I created a folder named E_Shop and ever since I hit localhost or 127.0.0.1 in my URL address bar of my browser, I am directed to this E_Shop folder I created once,

now I have created another folder named PHP_execises in the same location I created E_Shop, in the htdocs folder of XAMPP folder, and I created a PHP file inside PHP_exercises, and here is the problem as you might guess: In the URL bar of the browser, hitting localhost/PHP_exercises pops an URL error, and hitting localhost alone, directs me to the E_Shop folder as default, and not the XAMPP file directories!

I've checked my C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, it has this code inside:

Getting Atata working with Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

It appears that the version of Selenium included with Atata does not support the EdgeOption "UseChromium", and when I try to use the Edge Driver, the test run fails unless I rename the driver in the bin\Debug\netcoreapp2.1\drivers\edge\91.0.864.41 folder from "msedgedriver.exe" to "MicrosoftWebDriver.exe", which leads me to believe it's trying to run the old non-chromium Edge - is there some way to get this working?

I've created a multi-sheet workbook that has Manifest Data (Sheet1), Sammy (Sheet2), Trev (sheet3), Scan Data In (Sheet4). On each of the worksheets is a column labeled Connote and the data within cells of the column relates to a barcode on the paperwork we use. When I open a drivers worksheet i will scan the barcode from the paperwork and information will be pulled from the Manifest Sheet as well Time/Date Stamping using VBA. But what I'm trying to do is pull the drivers name which is in a cell on their worksheet back to the Manifest Data sheet which relates to the connote they have just scanned. You clearly have two different entities -- but they are related. You have something like an "assignment" where a driver has a truck for one or more days. Then you have something like a "trip" where a driver uses the truck (what you are currently calling an "assignment").

I have had the same issue. This is what I did:

I deleted the migrations folder as well as the dist folder
I ran npx mikro-orm migration:create --initial

After that, I restarted yarn watch and yarn dev and it worked for me.

Notice the --initial flag. I would recommend to check the official documentation. The migrations table is used to keep track of already executed migrations. When you only run npx mikro-orm migration:create, the table will not be created and therefore MikroORM is unable to check if the migration for the Post entity has already been performed (which includes creating the respective table on the database).

Ben does not use the --initial flag in his tutorial, he might have already ran it prior to the tutorial.

I am trying to access a SQL database from my PHP code. I am currently using XAMPP 8.0.6 with PHP 8.0.6. This is also not working on a machine with PHP 7.4.19 and the relevant extensions installed.

Installed drivers / extensions:

sql-srv: php_sqlsrv_80_ts_x64.dll
sql-pdo: php_pdo_sqlsrv_80_ts_x64.dll
OBDC drivers: 10.0.19041.1

The sqlsrv and sql-pdo are placed correctly in the php.ini. Connecting to the database using the OBDC gui, I get a successful connection.

Try updating SQL Server drivers!!

You probably can find those drivers by Googling "Download ODBC Driver for SQL Server". In my case, verion 17 or above fixed the issue.

Also, try the PDO-SQL-Server example (maybe PDO implementation works).
