Right now, access to hospitals and doctors are extremely constrained. Other than emergencies, cases are not entertained in hospitals. Many people can maybe use DocsApp/Practo type applications, but there is a need for pro-bono help for medicine to the entire country. What is our scope?. A good number of certified doctors and the people who are in furlough who would be ready to do give out their time and services, especially in vernacular languages. A huge number of patients who need help with ailments which does not require hospitalization.

Getting the closest previous element with this attribute using BeautifulSoup
            Asked 2019-Jul-05 at 22:24

I am using BeautifulSoup to scrape metadata of journal articles and need to retrieve each article's category. For example, let's use this article. I've pasted the block of code I'm trying to parse below.

To retrieve the category of this article (WEB EXCLUSIVE) from the side-bar, you can try this code (we first select the title of the article, then find appropriate div in the right side-bar and the previous tag which is article category):

            PWA with location-triggered push notifications?
            Asked 2017-Dec-06 at 20:04

I've read that we can use Geolocation and Location-Triggered events to send push notifications to users, to - as an example - send a discount cupom when he/she is walking near a store.

For all I could research, this is only possible using native technology. Is that right? Could I achieve today this same result by making a Progressive Web App with web push notifications? Can the service worker "wake up" based on the user current location?

            Thanks a lot,

This is called Geofencing. There is a proposal for adding it to the Web, but the discussion has stalled and no vendor seems to be interested any longer. See the page at What Web Can Do Today for more info.
