Buttons and Links on My Website Don't Work After Updating Chrome

After the homepage on which I used HTML5 template was updated to Google Chrome version 85, its buttons and links became inoperable. It worked well in Chrome's 84 and earlier versions. Works fine in Opera Browser.

To view the issue, update Google Chrome to the latest version and check the buttons and links on the "https://bbturk.com" page.

Why does this problem occur and how can I fix it?

I am playing around with a boostrap theme that is using Owl carousel.

This is the theme I am using

As you can see on the link the owl-carousel is used in two places

for hero slide on top of the page
for testimonials.

I would like to slow down the speed of slides and make them stop sliding on hover.

I added a script to bottom of page that looks like this:

I used flew as the base for my website. It uses jQuery v2.1.4.

I found the answer!

You have to add the "owl-carousel" class on your carousels.
