QUESTION
This question is related to Azure MSIX Build and Package task only has Release and Debug configurations
We have a WinForms project that has an MSIX installer. Manually, we can successfully create
- An MSIXBUNDLE and deploy it to Kudu
- An MSIX and deploy it to an Azure VM through a VHDX. We have manually convert the MSIX to a VHDX first
We are now trying to automate the build and release process to create the VHDX. However, we are getting a blank screen when the VHDX is mounted using a process that we have already validated. The only thing different is the build method (i.e., MSBuild versus VS Publish).
How do we create a working VHDX in Azure CI Build Pipeline?
Below is the YAML.
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 14:26Actually, there is nothing wrong with the YAML. The problem was a delay in the virtual machine loading the VHDX. In other words, wait about 5 minutes once the VHDX is mounted before trying to run the application. I am leaving this here in case anyone else runs into this issue
.

QUESTION
I'm new in the Vueniverse (using Vue.js 2) and I'm struggling with watch
. On mounted
, I call an API and set the radio button to the value I got from the API, so basically I have two radio buttons with values 1
and 0
(true/false).
I think the watcher works correctly, because it does trigger when the value is changed. However, I don't want it to trigger on the initial change - that's when I first set the value from the backend.
I've tried with different lifecycle hooks, such as beforeCreated
, created
and so on and it always triggers.
Probably it's something easy to do but I can't figure out how and don't find information on the Internet (might using the wrong keywords).
The code:

I've been having trouble using vue's v-show to show/hide 2 hubspot form, one at a time depending on the current website locale/language(using vue i18n). The navbar is responsible for changing between languages.
Right now both are always showing, or none of them shows.
I came to a point where I decided to install vuex to try to solve the issue, but no success.
Any thoughts?
The vue component with both forms, one in each div and the JS that generates the hubspot forms:
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 00:29You're using the Bootstrap d-flex
class on these elements, which like all of the Bootstrap d-*
classes tags its display
property with !important
. The Vue v-show
directive works by toggling display: none
on and off the element, but it doesn't tag that with !important
. As discussed in this Vue issue, that makes the two approaches incompatible unless you deconflict them like this:
QUESTION
I am trying to create a component for a popover using Bootstrap4 in Vue:
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 21:58You're losing reactivity because your content
option to bootstrap.Popover
is returning a string of your element's HTML, not the element itself. The popover just copies the HTML as it exists when it is opened. If you pass the element, Bootstrap will reparent the element itself into the popover, so changes to the element's children should be reflected. (Note that this could still be disrupted by a virtual DOM change that rewrote the element itself, which is why Bootstrap-Vue would still be better here.) If the popover might be reused, you'll need to reparent the element back into your component's own tree each time the popover is closed. You'll also need to make provision for the _Content
element to only be hidden while it isn't reparented.
Here's how it all would look:
