QUESTION
Is there a way in PostgreSQL to take this table:
ID country name values 1 USA John Smith {1,2,3} 2 USA Jane Smith {0,1,3} 3 USA Jane Doe {1,1,1} 4 USA John Doe {0,2,4}and generate this table from it with the column agg_values
:
Where each row aggregates all values
except from the current row and its peers.
So if name = John Smith
then agg_values = aggregate of all values where name not = John Smith
. Is that possible?
ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 20:16You can use a lateral join to a derived table that unnests all rows where the name is not equal and then aggregates that back into an array:

I see that jq
can calculate addition as simply as jq 'map(.duration) | add'
but I've got a more complex command and I can't figure out how to perform this add
at the end of it.
I'm starting with data like this:

Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 22:54If any of your output is going to be raw, you need to pass -r
; it'll just be ignored for data items that aren't strings.
Anyhow -- if you write (expr1, expr2)
, then your input will be passed through both expressions. Thus:
QUESTION
Most of my WordPress websites have a background image in the top fold. These images are the Largest Contentful Paint Element on the page and usually they get loaded last. Somewhere I read that 'Background images are last in line to be grabbed when a page is loaded'. Is it true?
Is it a good idea to use a place holder or image in the place of the background image and then change it later so that the LCP gets loaded quickly like below.
ANSWER
Answered 2021-May-14 at 01:42You don't want to use a placeholder image to prioritize your background images in situations like this, you want to use . That will tell the browser to start downloading the image as soon as possible.
Try adding the following code to the of your page, and then use your background image as normal. It should load much faster:

QUESTION
I am generating lexical analyzer with JLEX. I found a regular expression for string literal from this link and used it in .jflex file same of other expressions. but it gives me this error :
unterminated string at the end of the line
StringLiteral = \"(\\.|[^"\\])*\"
can anyone help me please, thanks.
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 20:46The regular expression you copied is for (f)lex, which uses a slightly different syntax for regular expressions. In particular, (f)lex treats "
as an ordinary character inside bracketed classes, so [^"\\]
is a character class matching anything other than (^
) a quotation mark ("
) or a backslash (\\
).
However, in JFlex, the "
is a quoting character, whether outside or inside brackets. So the "
in the character class is unterminated. Hence the error message.
So you need to backslash-escape it:

QUESTION
I am trying to create a shopping cart in JavaScript. When I click on the button, the price of item should increase according to the number of times I have clicked on the button. I've tried the below code but it's not working. The problem is that after clicking few times the multiplication goes like this:
suppose initial price =49
49 x 1
49 x 2
94 x 3
282 x 4 (it should be 49 x 4);
I have modified the code,it works fine in console.log()
but gives different result if I assign the variable newPrice to document.getElementById().innerHTML
ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 12:34I think this
const newprice = document.getElementById("discount").innerHTML *=counter;
should be
const newprice = document.getElementById("discount").innerHTML +=counter;
note the +
and not the *
before the =counter
. the plus is adding the star is multiplying.
