kandi X-RAY | Rakshak Summary
The app, Rakshak, was designed by keeping in mind, the current disaster management techniques already in place as suggested by the Government. The major feature is the real-time updates coupled with a fast volunteer dispatch system, which will help the organisation/Government to quickly dispatch volunteers to specific disaster affected areas, within a few seconds of the occurrence of the incident. Once the volunteers are dispatched to the specific incident, they can then give timely updates about the incident through their device, information like a missing person report, causality reports, regions affected, etc. This information will be sent as notifications to all the users who have subscribed to get updates for the incident, like a news channel app, which is user customizable. It also contains information about different NGOs, emergency contact numbers, etc. which will help the user in critical times. This app, once implemented by an organisation or the Government, will help in responding quickly to any type of incident, thus saving lives and helping people.

QUESTION
I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below
https://docs.automotivelinux.org/docs/en/halibut/apis_services/reference/af-main/2.2-config.xml.html
This is the sample config.xml file
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Mar-06 at 09:48I figured out why we need this
required-api: param name="#target"
OPTIONAL(not compulsory)
It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

Install Rakshak
You can use Rakshak like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the Rakshak component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
