QUESTION
My code could run faster if I convert the following function by avoiding the nested for loops and instead using numpy-functions. The input is a numpy-matrix, shaped (8, 96, 3), according two (rows, cols, RGB-color). The output needs to 3 arrays, each representing an LED-matrix.
