kandi X-RAY | Wikidata-Toolkit Summary
[Project Stats] Wikidata Toolkit is a Java library for accessing Wikidata and other Wikibase installations. It can be used to create bots, to perform data extraction tasks (e.g., convert all data in Wikidata to a new format), and to do large-scale analyses that are too complex for using a simple SPARQL query service.

QUESTION
We have code looking like this.
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-May-13 at 09:05The error is caused by a clash of dependencies as Christoph Schubert pointed out. To quote from his comment:
Both
org.json:json
andcom.vaadin.external.google:android-json
provide aorg.json.JSONException
. The first library has one extendingRuntimeException
while the latter provides a checked Exception.
The only solution I can think of is to exclude one of the two libraries in your dependency tree.

Install Wikidata-Toolkit
You can use Wikidata-Toolkit like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the Wikidata-Toolkit component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
