kandi X-RAY | dropwizard-spring Summary
dropwizard-spring provides a clean, easy way to integrate the spring framework with dropwizard-based web service projects. With dropwizard-spring you configure your dropwizard components (resources, healthchecks, jersey providers, managed objects, servlets, filters, etc.) entirely with spring, and tell the spring service which components to enable using a simple YAML configuration. With dropwizard-spring it is not necessary to subclass com.yammer.dropwizard.Service, instead you reference the provided com.hmsonline.dropwizard.spring.SpringService class as your service class.

QUESTION
I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below
https://docs.automotivelinux.org/docs/en/halibut/apis_services/reference/af-main/2.2-config.xml.html
This is the sample config.xml file
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Mar-06 at 09:48I figured out why we need this
required-api: param name="#target"
OPTIONAL(not compulsory)
It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

Install dropwizard-spring
You can use dropwizard-spring like any standard Java library. Please include the the jar files in your classpath. You can also use any IDE and you can run and debug the dropwizard-spring component as you would do with any other Java program. Best practice is to use a build tool that supports dependency management such as Maven or Gradle. For Maven installation, please refer maven.apache.org. For Gradle installation, please refer gradle.org .
