What is meant by required-api: param name=”#target” in config.xml file of AGL widgets?

I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below

This is the sample config.xml file

I figured out why we need this

            required-api: param name="#target"

            OPTIONAL(not compulsory)

It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

            Install botify

Don't have a domain? You could either go without a web server all together and still use most of botify's features or use your router's public ip and setup port forwarding for your router to the machine where you're running botify via the port specified by the SERVER_PORT property.
Navigate to ./resources/hibernate.cfg.xml and adjust the settings, if you use a local postgres server and name your database "botify_playlists" you can leave it like this:. If you need help setting up your postgres server, please refer to their official documentation: http://www.postgresqltutorial.com/.
