I am looking for a way to provide one click deploy solution for my web app https://github.com/llaske/sugarizer-server .How can I push my app to heroku without merging my webapp and server repo?

If you don't want to merge your git repo, your next best bet is to do a docker deploy.

Basically, you'll create the docker container on your machine using whatever build process you want, and then push said container to Heroku for deployment. You can even make it part of your CI/CD pipe if you prefer.

Sugarizer Application could be packaged as an Android or iOS application using Cordova. A dedicated tool named Sugarizer APK Builder allow you to create the Android packaging without any Android knowledge. If you want to build it yourself, you could adapt the source code of this tool.
