What is meant by required-api: param name=”#target” in config.xml file of AGL widgets?

I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below

This is the sample config.xml file

I figured out why we need this

            required-api: param name="#target"

            OPTIONAL(not compulsory)

It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

            Try editing the note: localhost:9000/edit-note?title=some%20new%20title&content=some%20new%20content
If you do not have a local MongoDB setup you have a couple options:.
The easiest option is to use https://mlab.com/. mLab is an online MongoDB that is free to use (for development) and easy to setup.
The second option is to install a local version of MongoDB. Depending on your system this can be a little tricky. Install on Mac Install on Windows Install on Linux
