xdg-basedir | Get XDG Base Directory paths | File Utils library

I'm trying to run a load test on my AeroGear UnifiedPush Server running on CentOS 7 using the guide provided here. I did this once on my ubuntu desktop machine and everything worked well. However, I get syntax error while trying to run artillery.

Here's the result of installation:

When i input "nodemon", i get the following error: "bash: nodemon: command not found". I've tried installing it both locally and globally, and it actuall worked yesterday, and I can't remember what I've changed so that it doesn't work anymore. I am using the Git Bash shell.

I'm trying to use npm start to start a sandstorm app with vagrant-spk on a Windows 7 machine. I can do it by vagrant-spk vm ssh then npm start, but when I try vagrant-spk dev, it crashes with:

I haven't changed anything in the app, and it works on computers of people of my team.

Of course I think I've installed all the dependencies. The new API docs look great but I can't find any installation debugging tips. I'm chasing references to RandR in the build directory with grep, trying to figure out what exactly the version check isn't finding. Any better advice?
