What is meant by required-api: param name=”#target” in config.xml file of AGL widgets?

I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below

This is the sample config.xml file

I figured out why we need this

            required-api: param name="#target"

            OPTIONAL(not compulsory)

It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

            Install PSContentReview

As shown in the video, this component is probably best used as a quick action. The gotcha is that quick actions do not provide an option to configure the component for your needs. So...one must create a simple Aura Lightning Component wrapper around the main Lightning Web Component (quick actions currently only support Aura components). In this Aura wrapper is where you provide your component configuration parameters.
Here are steps to setup and configure this component:.
Go to Setup > Security > File Upload and Download Security Click Edit button, fined the .pdf entry and change to Execute In Browser
Install the component per the "Deploy to Salesforce" button below. If installing the quick action (see above), add the quick action to your record page layout. Provided with this package is a Quick Action named "PSContentRecordAction" that you can use to test out and place on any record page. Else you can drag the PSContentRecord Lightning Component on a record page...on the main page, in a tab, etc... This component wants a wide amount of screen area so quick action may be best choice.
If you are using the component directly on a page, configure the component properties: Height, Columns, EditFields, Content Parent Field
That is it...now use either the Quick Action or Lightning Component depending on your choice of setup.
Click below button to install this package:.
