kandi X-RAY | CRHM-tools Summary

CRHM-tools is a Python library. CRHM-tools has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities and it has low support. However CRHM-tools build file is not available and it has a Non-SPDX License. You can download it from GitHub.

Python/QT front-end for the [Cold Regions Hydrologic Model (CRHM)] to generate HRUs from specified terrain classes. It is an automated and systematic way for the creation of basin relationships for input to CRHM. Generated HRUs are less subjective and human-errors are limited, facilitating a more robust model creation. Other HRU generation approaches exist, such as GRASS-HRU, however CRHM-Tools differs as it is both an HRU creation tool as well as a parametrization tool. In addition, HRUs may be generated based on physical process characteristics such as fetch. By allowing for the parametrization of CRHM, tighter coupling between the input and the outputs is possible. To run: ``python main.py``.
