Answered 2020-Sep-01 at 12:31@Satya, I assume this is the same issue that you posted in the Oppia Community site (https://community.oppia-mobile.org/t/unable-to-connect-oppiamobile-with-apache2/111) and we got it resolved there.
For reference the issue seems to be that Apache was still using Python 3.5, and the solution was to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04, where the default python is 2.7 or 3.6

Install django-oppia
You can use django-oppia like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
