Escolhemos o Facebook Messenger como plataforma para a Chelsea por ser a mais difundida entre a comunidade atualmente, e utilizamos o site Chatfuel para a prototipagem rápida do bot. Chelsea utiliza a AI do Chatfuel para entender as perguntas que o usuário faz, e, através desse entendimento, se comunica com uma API que transmite as respostas que ela deve emitir. Qualquer um pode conversar com a Chelsea através de sua página no Facebook. Sugestões e contribuições são muito bem vindas. A interção é que a Chelsea tenha várias outras funcionalidades, mas precisamos de várias pessoas para ensiná-la.
