Par exemple, une simulation qui prennait en moyenne 8 secondes en python3 en prennait en moyenne 1.5 avec PyPy, et une simulation qui prennait 17 sec avec pypy prennait 1min14 avec python3. Le code n'utilise pas NumPy du tout. J'ai fait des tests (avec la fonction proportionally_select_group) et c'est considérablement plus lent que sans. De plus, AFAIK, on ne peut pas utiliser NumPy avec PyPy dans python3. Bref, utiliser PyPy3. Ici:
