kandi X-RAY | PHATE Summary

PHATE is a Python library typically used in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning applications. PHATE has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities, it has a Strong Copyleft License and it has low support. However PHATE build file is not available. You can install using 'pip install PHATE' or download it from GitHub, PyPI.

PHATE (Potential of Heat-diffusion for Affinity-based Trajectory Embedding) is a tool for visualizing high dimensional data. PHATE uses a novel conceptual framework for learning and visualizing the manifold to preserve both local and global distances. To see how PHATE can be applied to datasets such as facial images and single-cell data from human embryonic stem cells, check out our publication in Nature Biotechnology. PHATE has been implemented in Python >=3.5, MATLAB and R.

Creating nested JSON with data from SQLDataReader
            Asked 2019-Oct-18 at 01:58

I am new to .NET and trying to achieve what shape-json does in the Node world.

Copied from the shape-json npm page:

Given the following array of objects:

            ...

            Answered 2019-Oct-18 at 01:58

MySqlDataReader implements the IDataReader interface, so we can use a LINQ lambda expression to iterate through its rows and transform them into an appropriate .Net data model. Then afterwards the data model can be serialized to JSON using json.net.
