To install (for all users), use. After running this, you can use import oxrse from anywhere on your system. To install as a developer, use. Unlike a normal install, this doesn't copy your project, but just makes a link to your source code. As a result, you can still use import oxrse anywhere on your system, but the imported code will be the code in your development folder.
