kandi X-RAY | arc_test_suite Summary

arc_test_suite is a Python library typically used in Server, Application Framework, Ruby On Rails applications. arc_test_suite has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities, it has a Permissive License and it has low support. This is an informal schema for the open source test suites for the Authenticated Recieved Chain(ARC) protocol, illustrated with examples. This was prototyped from the OpenSPF Test Suite, and consists of two suites, one for the generation of ARC header fields, the other for their validation. Their syntax is YAML. The top level object is a "scenario". A file can consist of multiple scenarios separated by '---' on a line by itself. Lexical comments are introduced by '#' and continue to the end of a line. Lexical comments are ignored. There are also comment fields which are part of a scenario. DKIM records, private keys, domains, and selectors are shared across scenarios. The signing suite explicitly does not thoroughly test chain validation to avoid reimplementation of the validation test suite.

I figured out why we need this

            required-api: param name="#target"

            OPTIONAL(not compulsory)

It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.
