RePEci is an interface for the RePEc database. It parses rdf files into a database and recovers a networkx.DiGraph out of citations stored in iscited.txt. RePEci first populates a database repeci.db with the data downloaded from RePEc FTP. Then you can query the data with SQLAlchemy/SQL or export it to pandas.DataFrame. Analytics generated by RePEci contain graph metrics and JEL code inheritance statistics.
