kandi X-RAY | dccpi Summary

dccpi is a Python library typically used in Internet of Things (IoT), Raspberry Pi applications. dccpi has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities, it has build file available, it has a Strong Copyleft License and it has low support. You can install using 'pip install dccpi' or download it from GitHub, PyPI.

This module implements the DCC protocol for controlling model trains using a Raspberry Pi. It is able to output direction and speed DCC-encoded packets on one of the GPIO pins (see example below). It is based on the: * [S-91 Electrical Standard] * [S-92 DCC Communications Standard] Attention: Python is too slow and barely gets the job done (and thanks to a C-extension). Therefore I have decided to re-implement dccpi in Go: . The Go implementation gives an overall better user experience and it is easier to install/run.
