            Eclipse Neon Tomcat plugin download error

            I am trying to download tomcat plugin in Eclipse Neon. Some how I managed to download it. But when I try to set preferences for tomcat using Windows-> Preferences -> Tomcat. It is giving me below error. I think some plugin activator is missing in Eclipse. if you can take a look at it.

            By trying to download it from eclipse market place did not help me. I downloaded the plugin manually from here and installed in eclipse. and it worked for me.
