Compile Kaldi(warning command line mode) check out kaldi as git clone https://github.com/kaldi-asr/kaldi.git. follow instruction go to tools/ in tools check if you setextras/check_dependencies.sh. I needed to install mkl by running extras/install_mkl.sh run extras/install_irstlm.sh run make go to ../src/ run configure --shared run make depend run make -j
clone this project near the kaldi project.
copy kaldi/src/online2bin/online2-tcp-nnet3-decode-faster to bin directory of this project
copy recogntion acoustic and grammar models to models
run sh start_server.sh. This will start server on port 5050 by default
test localy sh start_server.sh
test on Nao robot. make sure server is running. get server IP change in python/LiepaAsrKaldi.py server ip: self.asrClient = KaldiClient('192.168.1.203', '5050', self.recognized_callback) copy to robot python/LiepaAsrKaldi.py through ssh file copying function run python LiepaAsrKaldi.py on robot use choregraphe project to test it: nao/choregraphe/liepa_asr_kaldi_helloworld
Install on Winndows Windows Subsystem for Linux(WSL): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-on-server
