            run mitmproxy on your PC
            copy the mitmproxy root ca to the android device (can be tricky, easieast way is to use email, usb file transfer or adb push)
            import the cert to the device. you may need to set a device to do so. On Android >7.1.1 with "MagiskTrustUserCerts" module or "certInstaller [Root]"" you also need to reboot afterwards to make cert work as system certificate
            go to the android device's wifi settings, open the wifi connection, advaned option. Add mitmproxy ip and port
            ensure that internet (including https) works through mitmproxy
