최근 강력범죄의 발생비는 증가하는 추세를 보이며 심각한 사회문제의 화두로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 정부는 지난 수년간 공공기관 CCTV를 및 통합관제센터의 수를 늘려가고 있다. 공공기관 CCTV는 2018년 기준 1,032,879대로 매년 증가하는 추세를 보인다. 이 중 약 50% 육박하는 CCTV의 수가 범죄 예방 목적으로 설치되어 있지만, 전체 CCTV를 모두 모니터링하는 것은 불가능하다. 특히 CCTV를 통한 사건, 사고의 초기 인지 및 대응이 중요하지만 현재 CCTV는 범죄 예방 방지가 아닌 사후 증거자료나 사건현장 복원의 용도로만 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 Embedded Device를 이용한 새로운 Real Time Violence Detection 방안을 제시한다. RELATED WORK에서는 과거 감시카메라 활용과 이에 대한 한계점을 지적한다. PROPOSED SYSTEM에서는 폭력적인 상황을 판단할 수 있는 딥러닝 모델과 이를 각각 분류 및 인식할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. EXPERIMENTS는 해당 모델들이 다양한 상황에 대해서 얼만큼 폭력적인 상황을 판단할 수 있는지 보여준다. CONCLUSION에서는 진행한 프로젝트에 대한 평가를 제시하며, 맘 마지막으로 FUTURE WORK에서는 추후 프로젝트의 개선 방안과 방향성을 제시한다.
