Install dream-of-hammer

You can download it from GitHub.
You can use dream-of-hammer like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.

The idea is at a very nascent stage, as you can tell, and there is no clear path to solving it. The approach I described above is what I think is a good starting point. I foresee a lot of iterations before we have something usable. But we won't know for sure until we write some code and start building it.
