QUESTION
I want simply receives text input and tries to return only the label value among the predicted results.
Ex.
curl -d '{"inputs":{"test": ["I am very sad today"]}}'
-X POST http://{location}:predict
and I want to get the return value "sad"
so I saw this and tried it.
When saving the model, it was saved with decorate tf.function
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jan-12 at 07:04Tensorflow serving via the saved model seems to only provide inference. Therefore, i will have to configure the logic separately by building the server and REST API.
QUESTION
I'm using tensorflow for the first time and amusing it to classify data with 18 features into 4 classes.
The dimensions of X_train are: (14125,18).
This is my code:
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Aug-07 at 21:45You are using the dataset
int fit
instead of train_data
. I assume you are using a DataFrame called X_train
and y_train
and I mimicked the same with numpy and it works now. See below.
QUESTION
This is a query I want to do in Swift with Firestore Database. I spend a lot of time to make this code work. In debugger when it arrived in the first db.collection line the debugger jump to the second db.collection line without process the code between. After processing the 2. db.collection line he go back to the first and process the code.
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Oct-10 at 18:15Firestore`s queries run asyncronously, not one after another. So the second query may start earlier than the first is completed.
If you want to run them one by one you need to put 2nd query into 1st.
Try this:

QUESTION
I am trying out tflite C++ API for running a model that I built. I converted the model to tflite format by following snippet:
...ANSWER
Answered 2019-Dec-24 at 05:38This is wrong API usage.
Changing typed_input_tensor
to typed_tensor
and typed_output_tensor
to typed_tensor
resolved the issue for me.
For anyone else having the same issue,
QUESTION
I am using a class to create a tensorflow model. Within a for loop, I am creating an instance which I must delete at the end of each iteration in order to free up memory. Deletion does not work and I am running out of memory. Here is a minimal example of what I tried:
...ANSWER
Answered 2019-Dec-06 at 23:41I think you are talking about two things:
- the model itself. I assume your model can fit in your memory. Otherwise you could not run any prediction.
- the data. If data is the problem, you should make a data generator with python so that not all the data exist in the memory at the same time. You should generate each example (
x
) or each batch of examples and feed them into the model to get prediction. The result could be serialized to disk when necessary if your memory cannot hold all results.
More concretely, something like this:
QUESTION
I have the problem that the value passed on to the Lambda layer (at compile time) is a placeholder generated by keras (without values). When the model is compiled, the .eval () method throws the error:
...You must feed a value for placeholder tensor 'input_1' with dtype string and shape [?, 1]

QUESTION
I'm building my first RNN in tensorflow. After understanding all the concepts regarding the 3D input shape, I came across with this issue.
In my numpy version (1.15.4), the shape representation of 3D arrays is the following: (panel, row, column)
. I will make each dimension different so that it is clearer:
ANSWER
Answered 2018-Dec-28 at 02:04Is there anything I'm missing in regard to this different representation logic which makes the practice confusing?
In fact, you made a mistake about the input shapes of static_rnn
and dynamic_rnn
. The input shape of static_rnn
is [timesteps,batch_size, features]
(link),which is a list of 2D tensors of shape [batch_size, features]. But The input shape of dynamic_rnn
is either [timesteps,batch_size, features]
or [batch_size,timesteps, features]
depending on time_major
is True or False(link).
Could the solution be attained to switching to dynamic_rnn?
The key is not that you use static_rnn
or dynamic_rnn
, but that your data shape matches the required shape. The general format of placeholder is like your code is [None, N_TIMESTEPS_X, N_FEATURES]
. It's also convenient for you to use dataset API.
You can use transpose()
(link) instead of reshape()
.transpose()
will permute the dimensions of an array and won't messes up with the data.
So your code needs to be modified.
QUESTION
I'm trying to attack a simple feedforward neural network with attakcs implemented in cleverhans.attacks
. The network is a very basic network implemented in tensorflow
implementing the abstract class cleverhans.model.Model
:
ANSWER
Answered 2018-Nov-26 at 06:30The basic iterative method (BIM) applies the fast gradient sign method (FGSM) multiple times (100 times with the parameters that you have specified). Each step of the BIM applies the FGSM on the outcome of the previous step of the BIM. Therefore, your model object needs to have a method fprop
that returns the output of the model for any input tensor passed as an argument. The current class you have implemented always returns the output of the model on the same placeholder self.x
. You will have to use scopes to define a fprop
method that can take an arbitrary tensor x
and return the output of the model on that input. You can find an example of a simple model implementation ModelBasicCNN
that does that in the tutorials folder: https://github.com/tensorflow/cleverhans/blob/master/cleverhans_tutorials/tutorial_models.py

Install tfmodel
You can use tfmodel like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
