Make sure that the Growl Network Transport Protocol (GNTP) Python bindings are installed. Move growl.py to ~/.weechat/python/autoload/growl.py and an icon.png to ~/.weechat/icon.png. The network settings DO NOT need to be populated for local Growl notifications.
