Install typing-asserts
typing-asserts should be installed in to the same environment as your typechecker. It can be installed by running pip install typing-asserts. Alternatively if you're using poetry, poetry add -D typing-asserts.
Support
Currently typing-asserts is only supported by mypy (via third-party plugin code included with this package). Ideally this would extend to pyright and pyre, or move into typing_extensions with enough momentum.
