kandi X-RAY | snap-polarimetric Summary
This repository is intended as an example of how to bring your own custom processing block to the UP42 platform. Instructions on how to set up, dockerize and push your block to UP42 are provided below or in the UP42 documentation: Push your first custom block. The repository contains the code implementing a processing block that performs polarimetric processing of Sentinel-1 Level-1 GRD (Ground Range Detection) data via the ESA SNAP toolbox. Sentinel-1 is a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Earth-Observation satellite. The block functionality and performed processing steps are described in more detail in the UP42 documentation: SNAP polarimetric block. Block Input: Sentinel-1 Level-1 GRD file in SAFE format Block Output: GeoTIFF file.

You can use snap-polarimetric like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed.
