This python script searches for an iPod nano with NikePlus files on it. If it finds one, it uploads all the workout files to the specified account on the runnerplus.com website. It also copies each file that is successfully synced to a local directory. The second time that this tool is run, it will check each iPod file against the local directory and only upload new files to runnerplus.com. I copied the code from the official runnerplus Yahoo widget. Our script uses less bandwith than the Yahoo widget since it only uploads files which have not been synced before.
